Agencies juggle a CRM, a proposal tool, invoicing and e-signature apps that never quite talk to each other.
One workspace with clean data per agency would remove most of the copy and paste.
We built it in Next.js with Supabase and Stripe, using proven pieces so the effort went into the product.
The project
AgencyPilotHQ is the platform we built to run client work: clients, projects, a deal pipeline, invoices, proposals, e-signature contracts and AI tools in one place. It is where our own product thinking gets tested every day.
What it does
- Contacts, deal pipeline and activity feed
- Proposals and AI tools on the Claude and OpenAI APIs
- Invoices and contracts as PDFs, with e-signature
- Client portal and Stripe subscriptions
How it is built
- Next.js App Router, React, TypeScript and Tailwind
- Supabase Auth and Postgres, Prisma for the schema
- Every query scoped per agency, so tenants never see each other’s data
- Stripe subscriptions kept in sync with webhooks
